It was almost two decades ago that Medavog gained international exposure on the high-end fashion and couture scene by showcasing his first collection in Mexico and Seville, Spain. Since then, his keen sense of beauty and interest in the history of fashion compelled him to begin a couture collection, which has grown into one of the largest most unique assortments of exquisite gowns. He has worked with such esteemed companies and fashion entities as the Old Globe Theater, San Diego Sheraton, and Saks Fifth Avenue. His collections are heavily influenced by vintage pieces from as far back as the 18th century. Francisco Medavog lives in San Diego, working as a collector and designer of one-of-a-kind couture, and believes collecting and preserving the best fashion has to offer provides a truly valuable historic insight to design techniques. He reflects this belief in his professional and personal motto, "Know your past. Build your future."

Our Story
Every garment shipped from the Warrior Within Designs laboratory is the product of meticulous care and considerable attention to each fabric's individual detail. We take pride in providing our beloved community apparel of the most excellent quality and character. Our approach to our clothing, from our genuine design process to each final creation, is a reflection of our appreciation for the individual human being that is truly the Warrior Within each of us. The positive energy and light that is invested into each piece, holds true to the way we as women command our own lives in this ever-changing, fast-paced world. We continually strive to positively influence every community and individual we touch through the garments we make. As our mission statement holds, our apparel is intentionally created to urge and empower our fellow sisters to recognize their undeniable "freedoms through expression in fashion."

As designers, we respect and appreciate the changing times in the world of fashion and beyond. As we ourselves continue to grow and evolve, so will our line of fabric. We pride ourselves on searching for the latest styles and trends. Hence, each fabric we offer is available for a limited time only.

As we continue to expand, we envision ourselves as catalysts of a worldwide "Onesie Revolution." We intend to one day incorporate fabric and materials from other countries, while supporting our overseas communities with fair compensation. Collaborative efforts with talented artists and musicians are currently in the works for 2010, so please stay tuned for the latest and greatest coming straight at you from our hearts.

Therefore my clothing line represents this way of life "Trashy Klassy." Each piece is a work of art designed to fit the individual's body no matter what size or shape you are. My pieces allow you to show off any tattoo or special part of the body you would like, and to cover up any part of your body as well. I want everyone to feel sexy and comfortable in their piece and come back and let me design again and again for you!

Jacqueline was born in Illinois in 1979. Her earliest design influences stemmed from her grandmother who is a seamstress and artist. At the age of 5 her grandmother taught her how to make a pattern using newspaper, and to make clothes by hand sewing for her dolls.

Jacqueline graduated from Collins College, with an AA and BA in Visual Communications in Tempe Arizona in 2001.

In 2006, Jacqueline formed her own company and then presented her first collection of clothes. Since then she has put on several fashion shows which showcased her work in San Diego. Her last show was a benefit for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, helping to raise money for medical research. She is currently working on a blanket project helping and teaching others to make blankets for the homeless this winter.
